The optimal approach to socializing your dog is through smaller, supervised groups where they can acclimate comfortably at their own speed. Our facility may initially overwhelm dogs introduced to group play. We advise ensuring your dog enjoys interaction with a small group of dogs before considering our services.
Certainly! We do provide evaluations. If during an evaluation it becomes evident that a dog is not comfortable, showing signs of stress, fear, or seeking to escape, we will discuss this with you and suggest alternative options.
Additionally, we may decline dogs that exhibit excessive humping, rough play without response to other dogs' cues, or any behavior that causes stress to others or potential harm to themselves or others.
If it's been over a year since your dog last visited us, we kindly ask for at least one day of day camp before their boarding stay. This helps them reintegrate into our group environment, which can feel overwhelming after a prolonged absence. It's like dropping them into Disneyland for a week without prior visits—it can be a bit of a surprise! Please have a backup plan in case they find the adjustment challenging.
